how it works

Our Philosophy is Based on These Principles

WE TAKE YOUR PASSIONS TO THE NEXT LEVEL

What are you passionate about? Our team will work with you to develop your interests and pursue research, organizations, and internships where you can develop them. Our students become leaders and experts in specific fields.

WE REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU

Don’t be surprised when you receive inspirational text messages, internship ideas, and “CONGRATULATIONS!” from us. We are your cheerleaders and shoulders to cry on (literally). We will help you every step of the way.

PERSONALIZED APPROACH

Each student has a unique story to tell. Our applicants submit unique essays and activities, which lead to getting into their dream medical schools.

QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY

We have high standards for ourselves. That’s why you know you are working with the best medical school admissions advisers. Our coaching, essay editing, and interview prepping is top notch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Dr. Rishi Mediratta or Dr. Rachel Rizal will be your premed coaches. We love mentoring and we view ourselves as your mentors for life! 🙂 Many of our students who work with us are still in touch with us years later. We’ve helped students apply to college, medical school, and residency.

Each premed advising session is tailored to whatever you want to discuss and what topics are most pertinent at the given time of your premed journey.

Some common topics we discuss with our mentees:

  • Development of medical school application strategy
  • Applications for internships, scholarships, and fellowships
  • Letter of recommendation planning and strategy
  • Boosting and improving extracurricular activities, including leadership within each activity
  • Academic class scheduling
  • Medical school application timeline planning

Again, we’ve advised students with an array of topics.  These are only the most common premed topics we discussed, but each session will be personalized to what you need.

Once you purchase a premed advising package, we’ll contact you directly over email to schedule our conversation.  Typically, advising sessions are conducted over video chat or FaceTime.  If schedules align, it may be possible to schedule an in-person advising session with Dr. Mediratta in the San Francisco Bay Area (near Stanford) or Dr. Rachel Rizal in Boston.

Email us at info@crackingmedadmissions.com to schedule a specific date and time for your premed advising meeting.

Most of our premed advising meetings are successfully conducted over video chat. If Drs. Mediratta and Rizal are available in the San Francisco Bay Area and Boston, respectively, then we may be able to schedule an in-person premed advising session with you.
